What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, company, email, optional phone number, and message you provide. We also collect basic technical details such as your browser and the page you came from. We don't use tracking pixels or third-party advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry, scope a potential engagement, and, if you become a client, to run that engagement. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
How it is stored
Contact form submissions are sent directly to our own systems. We keep the minimum information needed to follow up with you and to keep a record of client engagements.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing team@novabuzzmarketing.com.
You can change your cookie choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Turning analytics off also deletes the attribution record described below.
Our own measurement
This site counts a small number of its own events. These include a form being started, a step being completed, a checklist being downloaded, a calendar being opened, or a call to action being clicked. Those records hold the event name, page, time, campaign that brought the visit, and country the request came from. They never hold an email address, an IP address, a browser fingerprint, or anything you typed.
A random visitor identifier is attached to those records only if you accept analytics cookies. Without that consent the same events are still counted, with no identifier at all, so they cannot be joined into a single person.
The same applies to the campaign record described in the table above. Accept analytics and it is kept in the nb_attr cookie for 180 days. Decline and it is held only in your browser’s session storage for that visit. This lets an enquiry sent during the visit match the link that brought you. The record is gone when you close the tab.
