Industries
Industries we serve
The kinds of business the work fits, and the system shapes that usually apply to each. This describes who we serve, not who we have worked with.
Every industry below runs on the same few pieces of repeated work. These include quoting, following up, scheduling, invoicing, and keeping records straight.
What changes between them is which piece leaks the most time. Pick yours to see the system shapes that usually fit it first.
How the two tracks apply
AI Solutions is the half that builds. Whatever the industry, we start by finding the few parts of the operation that repeat every week and get done by hand. Then we put a system in place that does them inside the calendar, CRM, invoicing, and messaging tools already in use.
Consulting is the half that studies. Before anything gets built, it is worth knowing where the revenue is actually leaking and how the business is actually seen. Some engagements start there and never need much building at all.
The kinds of business this is built for
The work has the same shape in most of these. A few parts of the operation repeat every week and get done by hand by someone who has better things to do.

Construction and trades
Estimates, crews, and job sites all move faster than the paperwork behind them, so the follow-up and the invoicing are usually what slips first.
Where we usually start

Manufacturing
Purchase orders, supplier email, and stock records have to agree with each other, and reconciling them by hand is where the hours go.
Where we usually start

Professional services
Billable time is the product, so every hour spent on intake, scheduling, and chasing paperwork is an hour that can't be sold.
Where we usually start

Healthcare and clinics
Bookings, reminders, and records carry real consequences when one falls through, and the admin around them rarely gets smaller.
Where we usually start

Dental
A practice runs on a full schedule, and the gap between a cancelled slot and a filled one is admin work nobody has time for.
Where we usually start

Legal
Intake, checks, and matter records all need a paper trail, and the manual version of that trail is slow and easy to break.
Where we usually start

Real estate
Leads arrive at all hours from several places at once, and whichever one goes unanswered is the one that goes cold.
Where we usually start

Hospitality and restaurants
Bookings, reviews, and staffing shift daily, and the response to each has to be quick to be worth anything.
Where we usually start

Retail and e-commerce
Orders, stock, and customer messages live in different tools, and keeping them in agreement is a job on its own.
Where we usually start

Logistics
Loads, documents, and status updates move between parties constantly, and a missing update becomes a phone call every time.
Where we usually start

Education and training
Enrolment, scheduling, and follow-up repeat every intake cycle, which is exactly the kind of work that should be running itself.
Where we usually start

Non-profits
A small team carries donor communication, reporting, and program admin at once, so anything that runs unattended buys back real hours.
Where we usually start

Agencies and studios
Client work, internal reporting, and new business compete for the same week, and the internal half is what gets dropped.
Where we usually start

Finance and accounting
Document intake, deadlines, and chasing all repeat on a fixed cycle, and the cycle doesn't care how busy the week is.
Where we usually start

Automotive
Service bookings, estimates, and reminders decide how full the bays are, and each one is a small task done many times a day.
Where we usually start

Home services
A missed message is a missed job, and the difference between the two is usually how quickly someone wrote back.
Where we usually start
Examples of system shapes, not client results. Which ones fit a specific business gets decided on the discovery call.
